Executive Team

L. Samantha Kieley, MA, CRC, CDMS, CCM
is the Vice-President of Operations and the Director of Vocational Case Management of FRR. Sam has over 25 years of experience with The Company, to include case management and supervision. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree, both from The University of Maryland/College Park; and national certifications as a Rehabilitation Counselor, Case Manager and Disability Management Specialist. Sam is recognized as a Vocational Expert having provided extensive testimony in such cases, and is intimately familiar with State Workers' Compensation, and Federal Long-shore requirements, as well as Short and Long Term Disability.

Sandy John BSN, RN, CCM, RN-WCCM
is the Vice President of Medical Case Management/ Senior Clinical Staff Member for FRR. Sandy earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, School of Nursing and holds a national certification for Case Management. Her experience in Workers' Compensation includes Telephonic and Field Case Management, as well as supervision, in a variety of settings. Her specialities include early intervention case management, catastrophic case management, and coordination of Independent Medical Examinations, as well as, management of workers' compensation injuries in the transportation industry. Sandy has experience with working with a large variety of referral sources and focuses on return to work and accommodating the referral source's specific guidelines and requirements.

Kelley Brown BSN, RN, CCM, RN-WCCM
is the Chairperson for FRR's Quality Management Committee. Kelley earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston. Her experience in workers' compensation includes complete management of a TCM Program for a large Maryland municipality. Her specialities include early intervention case management of catastrophic cases and coordination of IMEs. Kelley has experience with a multitude of varying Referral Sources, accommodating their specific guidelines and requirements. She is able to view the big picture and establish rapport with all parties, with a calm nature and unsurpassed focus.

Support

Laura Marinelli
is the Administrative Coordinator for FRR. She has been with The Company since January 2005 and in a management role since 2007. Laura has over 10 years of management experience in Customer Service, Distribution and Retail. She has a BA from the University of Delaware.

Jan Norwood
is an Account Manager for FRR. Her career spans over 35 years in the Insurance Industry. Her experience with a National Insurance Company, as well as Regional Rehabilitation Companies, one of which she co-owned, fully prepare her for her role as an Account Manager for FRR. Jan earned a BA from The Catholic University of America. Her knowledge of the industry, experience and excellent customer service skills allow her to ensure a positive experience for all her clients.
