Nurse Case Manager

Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2-3 years experience. Orthopaedic and trauma skills a plus. Must be detail oriented and organized, have excellent written communication skills and computer proficiency. Bachelor's Degree and national certification(s) preferred. Flexible schedule, home based with local travel.

Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager

Master's degree, state/national certification and WC/LTD experience, preferred. Organizational/time management skills, attention to detail, high energy, strong written/verbal communication and problem solving ability a must. Will conduct vocational assessments, provide employment planning and engage in multi-approached job development activities daily. Job analysis and labor market survey experience desirable for applicants.
